All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been placed and approved for production. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any personalized items, including but not limited to:
- Business Cards
- Flyers & Posters
- Banners & Large Format Prints
- Custom Promotional Items
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs (layout, spelling, colors, sizing) prior to production.
- Print US Pro is not liable for errors that were approved by the customer at proof stage.
- Minor variations in color, finish, or paper texture may occur due to different printing processes and materials and are not considered defects.
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from the approved proof:
- Contact us at info@printuspro.com within 3 business days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a free reprint or partial refund.
