Production time refers to the time required to manufacture your order before shipment.

Production begins after artwork approval or order confirmation.

2. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted third-party carriers such as:

  • DHL
  • other regional logistics providers

Shipping options and estimated delivery timelines may be displayed during checkout when available.

3. Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the transit time after the order leaves our facility.

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and may vary depending on location and carrier network conditions.

4. Shipping Carrier Liability

Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

While Print US Pro makes every effort to meet production and shipping timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • transportation disruptions
  • peak season congestion
  • customs inspections
  • incorrect shipping information

Shipping charges represent the cost of transportation services provided by the carrier and are non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.

Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
