Print US Pro works to produce and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Because many of our products are custom manufactured, production times may vary depending on the product and order volume.
1. Production Time
Production time refers to the time required to manufacture your order before shipment.
Production timelines may vary based on:
- product type
- customization requirements
- artwork approval timing
- order volume
Production begins after artwork approval or order confirmation.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted third-party carriers such as:
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- other regional logistics providers
Shipping options and estimated delivery timelines may be displayed during checkout when available.
3. Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the transit time after the order leaves our facility.
Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and may vary depending on location and carrier network conditions.
4. Shipping Carrier Liability
Once an order has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
While Print US Pro makes every effort to meet production and shipping timelines, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:
- weather conditions
- carrier network delays
- transportation disruptions
- peak season congestion
- customs inspections
- incorrect shipping information
Shipping charges represent the cost of transportation services provided by the carrier and are non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.
Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.
5. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may provide:
- replacement of the order
- store credit
Refunds cannot be issued until the carrier confirms the shipment as lost.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Print US Pro is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- incorrect addresses
- missing suite or unit numbers
- incomplete shipping information
Additional shipping charges may apply if packages must be re-shipped.
